📝 Step-by-Step Admissions Process
- Inquiry & Information Session: Families attend an ACPA information session or schedule a tour to learn about programs, curriculum, and culture.
- Application Submission: Submit online application with $150 application fee (non-refundable, includes placement assessment). Provide required documents (transcripts, teacher recommendation letters, testing results if applicable).
- Initial Placement Assessment: All applicants complete a division-specific assessment to ensure proper placement and academic support:
- Explorers (K–5): Literacy, numeracy, and basic problem-solving readiness.
- Pathfinders (6–8): Reading comprehension, math readiness, and critical thinking.
- Trailblazers (9–12): Core subject readiness (English, math, science), study skills, and college-prep benchmarks.
Results are reviewed with families and inform individualized learning plans. - Interview & Family Conversation: Students participate in an academic readiness conversation, and families meet with admissions staff to discuss fit, goals, and support systems.
- Decision & Offer: Admissions committee reviews applications and communicates decisions within 2 weeks of file completion. Acceptance letters include tuition assistance awards if applicable.
- Enrollment: Families secure their student’s place with the $500 registration fee and signed enrollment contract. Orientation and advisor assignments follow.
Division-Specific Enrollment Pathways
- Explorers (K–5): Emphasis on readiness screening and family interview.
- Pathfinders (6–8): Academic assessments, student essay, and interview required.
- Trailblazers (9–12): Transcript review, standardized test scores (optional but encouraged), student essay, and interview with leadership team.

Atlanta College Preparatory Academy™ provides a college-preparatory education at exceptional value, combining academic rigor, leadership development, and athletic excellence. Flexible payment options are available to make an Atlanta Prep education accessible for families who value a personalized, future-ready learning experience.

Payment Plans
Families may choose from several flexible payment options:
- Annual – One payment in full (July)
- Semi-Annual – Two equal payments (July & December)
- Quarterly – Four equal payments (July, October, January, April)
- Monthly – Ten equal payments (July–April)
Financial Aid & Scholarships: Available
Founding Family Discount: 10% tuition reduction for first-year enrollees, renewable for up to three years.
